BREEDER AND BUYERS AGREEMENT

The (“American Pit Bull Terrier") described above is sold for the sum of $_____________.

A TT Lions Den Puppy is defined here to be an ("American Pit Bull Terrier”) puppy which is in good health at the time of sale, and embodies the characteristics of the ("American Pit Bull Terrier") breed. This PUPPY is purebred and is register able (registered) with the United Kennel Club.

The parents of this PUPPY have had regularly schedule updates on all of their shots to establish that they are free of all virus and canine disease as follow:

Distemper, adenovirus, Leptospirosis, Para influenza, parvovirus, orona, virus, Bordetella, Lyme disease, guarda, and rabies.

This PUPPY is registered with a lifetime registration with the United Kennel Club, which will provide breeding and registering offspring. (The BUYER agrees with the BREEDER that PUPPY can only be bred with a registered or dual registered United Kennel Club “American Pit Bull Terrier” to reserve the right of United Kennel Club registrations for offspring. Also the BUYER understands that the BREEDER will not partake in any part whatsoever in the process of a puppy/dog to be bred under the rules of the United Kennel Club or not. And the Buyer finally understands that once the puppy has been purchased for the full purchase price from TT Lions Den, the BUYER has accepted all responsibility of the Puppy’s ownership.  

·         The BREEDER guarantees the above described puppy to be healthy at the time of the sale.

·         The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to be said of the puppy after delivery.

·         The BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a license veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. And the BUYER also agrees that the BREEDER must be notified of puppy’s examine and veterinarian confirmation of this procedure must be supplied to the BREEDER no later than two weeks of delivery.)

·         If the puppy is found to be other than healthy by the BUYER'S veterinarian, it shall be returned to the BREEDER immediately, and the purchase price will be refunded. Deadline for this refund is (two weeks after delivery).

·         All appropriate shots for the PUPPY'S age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history will be supplied and sent with the puppy at delivery day.

·         The BUYER agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm test, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health.

·         The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies both by breeding only dogs (parents) that are healthy and free of all viruses and canine disease to better service the breed/puppies and by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care.

·         There are many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc... The BUYER assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule, as supplied by the BREEDER. MOST PARTICULARLY, the BUYER agrees to keep the puppy slim throughout its normal growth period and if not the puppy develops any problems or conditions at all; it will not be the BREEDER’S responsibility, but the BUYERS. The BREEDER cannot and will not offer any further guarantees once the care of the puppy is no longer under the BREEDER’S control.

·         The BUYER agrees that neither he/she nor the BUYER'S estate/executors may sell this PUPPY or transfer ownership of this PUPPY without the BREEDER'S knowledge of puppies where a bout’s and location. This is done only to protect TT Lions Den Kennels from illegal purposes and to keep a positive public image of the breed “The American Pit Bull Terrier.” Also TT Lions den Kennels is not interest/willing to do business with any Buyers/Customers that oppose this agreement. 

·         The BUYER hereby agrees that if at any time the Buyer cannot take proper care of the puppy, the BUYER must contact the BREEDER and the BREEDER will have the first choice to either: (a) take the PUPPY back or (b) assist the BUYER in finding a suitable home for the PUPPY.

·         The BUYER agrees to notify the BREEDER of any changes of address during the PUPPY'S lifetime.

·         The Buyer agrees to provide a suitable fenced area for this puppy.

The BREEDER neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and Buyer with respect to this sale. Ile Buyer's signature and last 4 digits of Buyers social security number below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understands all the conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contract of Sale.

Note: Buyer’s social security is use only to bind buyer to the contract: for any contract to be legally binding, the document should be witnessed by another person. But since most of TT Lions Den Kennels Buyers/customers are from outer state or on the internet. We use the buyer’s social security number for extra verification.
